Two flights and a train ride later, my family made it Ulverston, England where they will spend almost 3 weeks at a Buddhist meditation retreat. My son expressed his excitement during their layover in Manchester where they caught up on sleep at an airport hotel.

"Tomorrow, I will be at my home away from home," he wrote. I'm excited for them and miss them already. I am already using my time well, practicing a few behavioral changes and receiving some coaching.

Tonight I'm speaking at Toastmasters and am looking forward to a fun presentation.
