I've been coaching several new people around their job search. It has been gratifying getting such positive feedback from them.
Having admitted to theselves that they need help., they are quickly getting results--more interviews (better interviews), networking successes and, I expect, soon offers.
I've reintroduced half hour sessions to go along with one hour blocks (you can use it for two 30 minute sessions) or 4 hours that you can use for 8 half hour sessions.
