The Future of St. Clair Superior

Over $60 Million of New Community Improvements Coming to St. Clair Superior

We can see the future of St. Clair Superior... and it is bright. With millions of dollars worth of projects and development efforts coming to our neighborhood, you can smell the growth in the air.

Some of the projects are focused on better connecting St. Clair Superior to Lake Erie, like the rebuild of Gordon Park South, CHEERS, and the expansion of the North Marginal Bikeway/Walkway. Some projects will add vibrancy and character to the neighborhood, like the placemaking and mural efforts currently underway. Other projects will allow for a healthier ecosystem here in St. Clair Superior, to include part of the Superior Midway and a Tree Canopy expansion project alongside the Land Conservancy.

All of our projects benefit the people of St. Clair Superior, those who live here and those who serve or work in our neighborhood. We are excited to help facilitate change in our St. Clair Superior!
