Peachtree City Fire & Rescue Shines in Q2 2023 Report

The Peachtree City Fire & Rescue Department made notable strides during the second quarter of 2023, as revealed in its latest report. Here are the key highlights from this period:

Eight firefighters received promotions. These promotions underscore the department's commitment to recognizing and advancing the careers of its skilled personnel, demonstrating its dedication to maintaining a highly proficient team.

In a significant joint effort, the department hosted a live fire course in cooperation with the Metro Atlanta Fire Chiefs Conference. This initiative underscores the department's continuous focus on enhancing training and preparedness. Firefighters gained hands-on experience in controlled fire scenarios, strengthening their abilities to handle real-life emergencies.

Finally, the Peachtree City Fire Department extended its support to neighboring communities in Fayette County, Coweta County, and Fayetteville by providing mutual aid. This spirit of cooperation emphasizes the department's sense of community and its dedication to ensuring public safety beyond its jurisdiction. By offering mutual aid, the department contributes to the overall resilience and effectiveness of the regional emergency response network.

The Peachtree City Fire & Rescue Department's Q2 2023 report highlights substantial accomplishments and its dedication to enhancing firefighter capabilities, community involvement, and regional collaboration.
