How to Stay Cool During A Heatwave

As temperatures start to rise this summer, it is important to remember the dangers of being in the heat. Here are a few tips on how you can stay cool this summer:

  1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water, even when you don't feel thirsty. Avoid drinking too much alcohol since that will dehydrate you.
  2. Wear Light-Clothing: Choose loose-fitting clothing from breathable fabrics like cotton.
  3. Use Fans and Air Conditioning: If you have A.C., use it to cool down your home. Fans can also help circulate air.
