Spring Break Craftopia

This past week we planned Spring Break crafts and activities for our residents. Unfortunately, weather put a damper on our Thursday and Friday activities, but Monday thru Wednesday we had a fabulous time with over 20 kids participating each day! We had a wait list each day, so next year we will plan to accommodate more.

"When will the Village Trailhead restrooms be open?"

The developer and City of McKinney are partnering to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) for the Village Trailhead and some associated areas within the immediate area, including sidewalks, fencing, and landscaping. To make sure all areas are executed properly, the city and developer are particular in making sure that the community is set up for success for years to come.

While we all understand that this is an inconvenience, we do ask for patience so that we have a well thought out facility and community. Although the timeline is not set in stone, we are confident this is a priority for the entire community as we get ready for summer! In development, it's always important to remember that Rome wasn't built in a day!

We encourage you to attend our 1st Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 28 for updates on this and much more around the community.
