The WICT Network Graduates
its 100th Rising Leaders Class!
| |
The WICT Network is delighted to announce the graduation of its Rising Leaders Program (RLP) from classes 98, 99, and 100!
From June 3-7, 2024, The WICT Network hosted its RLP session in Philadelphia, featuring intensive leadership analysis, case study work, and networking opportunities. The program received positive feedback from participants. Below, read testimonials from several members of the June 2024 cohort about their experiences.
- “RLP exceeded my expectations! What a fabulous program that helps dig deep into topics most other development programs don’t. I am able to take what I learned and apply it immediately into my day-to-day. I know what I need to do to get to the next phase of my leadership journey. Thanks WICT & Proteus!”
- “Outstanding. Exceeded my expectations. When you read that the networking with other women is the most valuable piece of the training, you don’t understand the gravity of that statement. You evolve together in a way that you’ve never been allowed to before, in a place you never expected, in a way you never imagined. Every woman should have this experience to learn how to be her best self for her family, her team, and herself. Put this in preschool.”

The in-person program featured a fireside chat with Jennifer Remling, Chief Human Resources Officer at Warner Bros. Discovery, and Maria E. Brennan, CAE, President & CEO of The WICT Network. Workshops focused on leadership, work-life balance and executive presence.
