We encourage you to bring your new Scholars together for our Aug 1st New Scholar Welcome, live from New York City at 2:00 pm EST.

Please let tania.wilcox@thedream.us know if you will be bringing together your New Scholars on campus to watch this broadcast.

Our Pep Rally for returning Scholars will be held on Aug 29th and will be broadcast live from Orlando, FL at 2:00 pm EST.

DACA at the Supreme Court: Organize and Prepare Yourself
In response to the news that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments in the DACA case in its next term, we sent the below email to all Scholars. Please take note of the resources and share among your undocumented students.

Informed Immigrant launches #DACARenewalsNow Campaign
The campaign will help encourage and facilitate DACA renewals for Dreamers by driving donations to organizations working around renewals, raising public awareness, and partnering to offer other related services,
such as renewal clinics.

Four TheDream.US PCs Awarded the ‘Seal of Excelencia’ for Serving Latino Students
Excelencia in Education – a nonprofit dedicated to accelerating Latino student success in higher education – has released the names of the first recipients of its  Seal of Excelencia . Nine colleges and universities received the award, which recognizes institutions that intentionally serve Latino students and demonstrate positive student outcomes.

Congratulations to 4 Partners included on the list:
