Spring 2023 or Quarter 2 EVR due February 28

You can begin submitting your EVRs for the Spring semester or Winter Quarter using our updated process. Reminder: you are submitting through a fileshare link (you will receive a confirmation email or notice to correct any errors) and not via dropbox.

Please make sure to read all the way through the instructions here or watch this 5-min tutorial video to get a refresher on the process.

Deadline to submit the EVR: Feb 28, 2023

Important Information:

We are changing how you will receive and access the finalized EVR. This is in response to many of our PCs that are no longer able to receive the password-protected file through email due to the school's firewall.

Once an EVR has been processed, it will be placed in a file in the ISTS Portal where you will download it and open the file using your Report Key. Further details on accessing it will be provided to you when you receive the email alerting you that the wire has been processed. We will also go over this for you in the next PC Power Hour on January 31st at 2:00 PM ET (calendar invite coming soon).

Scholar Programming

Starting next week: ITIN Campaign for current Scholars

Did you know that ITINs (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) are a powerful tool for undocumented individuals who do not have a SSN to file taxes and earn income? This spring, we will be launching TheDream.US ITIN Campaign and encouraging Scholars without a SSN to apply for an ITIN. Our goal is to educate Scholars on:

(1) ITIN basics,

(2) how they can determine if they already have an ITIN (many of our Scholars may not know that they already have an ITIN); and

(3) how to apply for an ITIN if they do not already have one.

Starting week, Scholars without DACA or TPS will receive targeted text messages and emails with materials and resources, as well as an invite to a series of ITIN info sessions (which will also be shared here). Please encourage your Scholars to read and respond to these communications.
