RE-ELECT LUISA SANTOS AS D9 BOARD MEMBER

As a public servant and advocate, Luisa not only champions collaboration, educational equity, and academic excellence, but knows firsthand what it means to be in our district. Our schools. And our classrooms.

And her results show it.

She has proven time and time again that she knows what it takes to create policy that authentically speaks to our community, how to guide with a voice of reason, and where to find the gaps in our system and fill them with modern, forward-looking solutions.

In order to get on the ballot by petition, 2,000 petitions need to be collected by May from District 9 voters.

The School Climate Surveys are an integral part of the District's efforts to promote school improvement and educational accountability. School Climate Surveys of parents, students, and staff have been annually administered in the Miami-Dade County Public School district since the early 1990s. The purpose of these surveys is to gather information regarding what these groups think about the school and their perceptions concerning how the school can be improved.
