Effective immediately: reps must stop using all @fleetmatics.com email addresses when communicating with customers.

Please note that the following countries, as well as all Fleet and Work customers, will retain email to case functionality:

  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Fleet customers (all locations)
  • Work customer (all locations)


Please reference original messaging on email to case retirement.


*Support cases going forward need to be raised by following the defined KB process. Teams will no longer be allowed to simply email or forward a case to Support.

A new workaround has been added that enables GCS Support teams the ability to perform camera transfers between different accounts. This is a resolution to a previous workaround that was removed due to the implementation of Connect360.
