Updates to email to case (E2C) retirement
Effective immediately: reps must stop using all @fleetmatics.com email addresses when communicating with customers.
Please note the following updates in the email to case retirement project:
The following email addresses have now been retired:
- contactusfmeu@fleetmatics.com
- supportaus@fleetmatics.com
- reveal.support@fleetmatics.com
- supportusa@fleetmatics.com
- supportnl@fleetmatics.com
- supportfm@fleetmatics.com
- contactusfmus@fleetmatics.com
- pomoc@fleetmatics.com
- suportept@fleetmatics.com
Auto-response message has been created:
An auto-response message has been created which is triggered when customers send an email to any of the above email addresses with up-to-date contact information.
Updated exceptions for E2C:
Please note that the following countries, as well as all Fleet and Work customers, will retain email to case functionality:
- Australia
- Chile
- Italy
- New Zealand
- Poland
- Portugal
- Fleet customers (all locations)
- Work customer (all locations)
Please reference original messaging on email to case retirement.
*Support cases going forward need to be raised by following the defined KB process. Teams will no longer be allowed to simply email or forward a case to Support.
