As we enter autumn, we become acutely aware of the passage of time and the changing seasons. Just a few weeks ago the air conditioning was running non-stop. Now we are reaching for jackets when we head outside. The days are becoming shorter and the nights longer. Where does the time go? Whether we want to admit it or not, nothing is permanent. We can resist change and try to keep things the “way they are”, but change is constantly occurring.
