Oceanside Pier Fire Update

A fire began at the west end of the Oceanside Pier on the afternoon of April 25. Thankfully, there were no injuries, and over 90 percent of the Pier was saved. The majority of the Pier reopened on May 10. The City plans to repair the damaged west end of the Pier after obtaining a variety of needed permits, which can take some time. Stay tuned for coming community outreach on rebuild efforts.
