Cobblestone Court by Seaver Construction Sold Out!

Cobblestone Court is the newest community from Seaver Construction, Inc., an award-winning general contractor and construction manager specializing in residential and commercial construction throughout eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, and southern Maine.


Since 1985, Woburn-local Scott Seaver and his experienced team have built hundreds of new homes and completed thousands of renovations, achieving his client’s vision and exceeding their expectations. 


Cobblestone Court offers a collection of maintenance-free townhomes and single-level condominiums, totaling 41 homes across seven two-story buildings.

Advisory

Streamline Communities started with the builder's concept to build a 41 home community. Our team tweaked the designs and finishes with the builder and priced the homes using our "Bell Curve Strategy." The launch price is critical in gaining momentum. As locations and floor plan options diminish, we strategically increase prices to maximize the builder's profit. This is a continuous and cooperative process with the developer. Sales pace needs to match construction pace to create more efficiencies for our builder clients.

Marketing

We then go live with our pre-marketing far in advance of the Model Home Grand Opening. This allows us to build interest, test pricing, take reservations and procure sales at the early stages of construction. It takes e-blasts, drones, virtual renderings, website search engine optimization, social media, events, and a wide variety of visual assets to entice buyers to reserve well in advance of delivery.

Sales

With the proper planning, positioning, promotion, and pricing, the builder experiences the sales pace required to keep up with the construction pace.


Our sales teams focus on the builder's site only and are continuously converting on-line and on-site leads into sales. The sales teams are experts at creating urgency with prospects throughout the development process and are most critical to our success. A typical real estate sales broker is not equipped to manage this process.
