This wintery white composition is reminiscent of winter “back home,” where the real snow can stay. These white hydrangeas initially come out as green and fade to white as they mature. The petite green hydrangeas are cut in the mid-stages of bloom development. Local floral artist Sean Bishop, owner of Fox and Olive on Mathews Drive, is known for his surprising and colorful arrangements; but in this case he opted for simplicity.
