Celebrate all things Scottish at the NH Highland Games & Festival -- three days of entertainment, competitions, community and celebrity ( Game of Thrones' Hafthor "Thor" Björnsson is making an appearance!).

Enjoy some NH Highland brews and bites at our beer pairing dinner at the Mountain Club at Loon on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 5:30 pm.

After the dinner, enjoy the lively drums and bag-rock of Albannach and the Red Hot Chili Pipers (shown above) at 7:00 pm in the Concert Tent. Cost is $30 per person.

See the Sheep Dogs!
On Friday, the sheep dog competition is a must-see event. Watch the border collies herd sheep through a challenging obstacle course.    
 
 
 
 
 
Come and meet Hafthor during an official autograph and photo session on Friday from 2:30 pm to 4 pm. Thanks to AutoServe of Tilton, NH for making Hafthor's appearance happen!   
 
 
 


Enjoy the majestic drum majors and pageantry of massed bands starting at 11:20 am on Saturday at Parade Square.
 



Marvel at the strength, stamina, and control of the athletes in the Caber Toss events on Saturday starting at 1 pm on the Athletic Field.
 
 



Enjoy the lively sounds of the Fiddle Rally led by prominent Scottish fiddlers on Sunday at 12:30 pm
.
 
 
 
 
Hafthor will also be competing. Watch him try to break his record in the Loon Stone Carry Challenge on Sunday afternoon.    
 
 
 
There's fun activities for children every day of the Games in the Bairns & Weans Youth Program, featuring caber tossing, crafts, storytelling, and more!

Two Kilts are better than one -- so carpool with friends and family.  Follow the road signs to parking.

Check the Western White Mountain Chamber of Commerce for options.  
 
Watch the weather and plan to bring sunscreen,
a hat, or a sweater.
Be sure to wear
comfortable shoes!
