We could not be more excited as this is also the start of our annual coat drive and most importantly our 2024 Scholarship campaign. Great vibes meets a Great Cause. We will see you next month.

Cancellation of your hotel room reservation within 72 hours of your arrival will result in one night’s hotel charge being assessed to your credit card.

Day of Service

October 14, 2023

The 2023 Employee Group Conference Day of Service will take place on Saturday, October 14, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the Hilton Anatole. Join AT&T Believes for a morning of volunteer service in support of bridging the digital divide and caring for the environment. Drop in anytime during the event and participate in your choice of projects. We’ll be assembling digital safety kits, building STEM robots, packing garden kits and making bird houses, all for donation to deserving community organizations. This opportunity is Double Volunteer Rewards eligible, so you’ll earn $10/hour that you can donate to the nonprofit of your choice.

If you did not see this event on your registration when you signed up for your workshops but want to sign-up for this event, please check your email from Global Events Invite Tracking and respond to that request accordingly.

The NETwork is looking for volunteers to assist with The NETwork Membership table during the EG Conference as well as various tasks during The NETwork National eSTEAM Fair on Saturday October 14, 2023 10a – 2p CST (including set up before and clean up after the event). ​

Based on your feedback, we will look for a CHILL SPOT for Saturday, October 14, 2023 starting at 7pm for those who are interested. It will not be a formal event as we did not receive enough feedback. Therefore, it will be Pay Your Own Expenses and we will keep it within 5-10 miles of the Hilton Anatole Hotel. If you have any suggestions, send to info@thenetworkbicp.org.
