IACA Grants Update

In February, the Illinois Arts Council Agency (IACA) will release the newly re-designed General Operating Support grant program with a simplified application process and new opening and closing dates.

IACA has evaluated our grant programs over this past year. Information gathered during the in-depth assessment of the General Operating Support grant will be used in re-designing all granting opportunities provided by the Illinois Arts Council Agency in the upcoming fiscal year.

A new suite of granting opportunities will be released once a finalized budget for fiscal year 2025 has been secured. The IACA's operating support programs provide consistent, long-term funding to organizations of all sizes across the state. The IACA will continue funding arts in communities as broadly as possible, supporting both long-term major institutions as well as emerging small businesses.
