How you divorce matters. I learned that lesson personally when I saw the terrible effect traditional divorce tactics had on my own parents. Although they eventually reached an agreement out of court, the resentment caused by the hostile approach devastated our family for years.

I became a mediator and stopped litigating divorce cases because couples who divorce through litigation have the worst long-term outcomes. Mediation allows couples to arrive to an agreement in a way that enables them to move forward with security and peach of mind.

Meet Rhett Dial, Paralegal & Office Manager

Rhett Dial serves a critical dual role at Vacca Family Law Group as a paralegal and as our office manager. Rhett's goal is to help usher clients through the process with as much ease and comfort as possible. He takes pride in his ability to calmly assess client needs and help them get the answers and support they need in an efficient and professional manner.

Before joining Vacca Family Law Group in the fall of 2017, Rhett served in different roles for estate planning firms in Minnesota.

Rhett serves as the face of our firm for many clients. If he can't answer a question for you, he will make it his business to find the answer--and fast. Quite frankly, we could not provide the level of service we do without his assiduous concern for clients and attention to detail.

Rhett spends his free time wiring and trimming his bonsai trees and hiking the trails along the Hudson River.
