It's a great way to ensure they don't lose what they learned in school and continue progressing toward math success in the new school year.

And whether they learn with us in-center or through our live, face-to-face instruction online, our highly-trained instructors will continue to make learning enjoyable for a positive experience.

Ace Your Dreams Contest

We’ve teamed up with former Mathnasium student, World Champion, and first U.S. Olympic skateboarding medalist, Jagger Eaton, for a contest!

Jagger came to Mathnasium at a time when he was falling behind in school while pursuing his dream to be a professional skateboarder. Mathnasium made it possible for him to excel in school at the same time he was excelling at his sport.

Through his own "A+" moment, Jagger hopes to inspire children to emulate his journey and share their own tales of victory.

Starting July 1, click the button below to share your child's story of how they have triumphed either on the field or off for a chance to win a $2,000 scholarship to Mathnasium. The most impactful story wins. Good luck!

At Mathnasium, our expert instructors teach kids math in a way that makes sense to them so they learn to understand, master, and love math and gain the confidence that they can achieve anything. And we offer both in-center and online instruction.

Whether your student attends sessions in person at our center or online via our Virtual Center Platform, they will receive the same live, face-to-face instruction, with fun and educational tools to keep them engaged. Beat the "Summer Slide"

Have you ever heard of the "Summer Slide?" It's the phenomenon where children typically lose 2-3 months of math skills while out on summer break β€” and it's a concern for several reasons. Not only will a child return to school unprepared to learn new material, but the loss can be cumulative over the years, which can lead to lower school performance and a decline in confidence.

But not to worry! We can help. Pop on over to our Number Sense Blog to read more about this topic. And learn how keeping your child enrolled at Mathnasium this summer will pay dividends in the fall!

Math In Nature - Coral Fractal

Did you know that white coral (the exoskeleton of sea polyp colonies) is an example of a fractal in nature? This means that it grows in a never-ending pattern repeated at different scales and sizes. Pretty nifty, right?

We love math and are constantly amazed by how it manifests itself in nature!
