SCE's new offices will be in Parkwood Point, a Class A, 219,000-square-foot office building in northwest metro Atlanta. SCE will occupy Suite 700.
The building was awarded an Energy Star® label in 2016 for its operating efficiency. The eight-story structure utilizes a curtain-wall system of green-tinted glass and Italian granite. The main entry on the south side of the building provides both pedestrian and motor court access from the building's ceremonial entry. Sited on one of the area's highest points along the Powers Ferry Road Ridge, Parkwood Point provides exceptional visibility and outstanding views.
