Agudah Fights Rising Antisemitism by Getting Out the Vote

With the proliferation of antisemitism on campuses, on the streets, through social media, and shockingly even by elected officials, our only choice is to speak up. With voting season around the corner, Agudah's voting project has never been more important.

This month, Agudah met with HD4 candidate Cecelia Espenoza representing Denver's westside community to discuss antisemitism, affordable housing, and other issues important to the community.

In a separate meeting, Agudah brought together a broad group of Jews of various affiliations to create a stronger voice and to get out the vote in these critical upcoming primary elections. To make a difference, read below or contact the Agudah at ykaplan@agudathisrael-co.org.

Meeting with a broad coalition of community activists to help get out the vote

DEADLINE: THIS MONDAY, JUNE 3

You Must Change Your Voter Affiliation to Have Your Voice Heard

There are several critical primary elections on June 25th and the Jewish community needs every voice to vote and stand against antisemitism.

If you are a registered Republican, you cannot vote in this election. However, you can easily change your affiliation to Independent/Unaffiliated and vote in the election.

Being an Independent voter means you will receive ballots for races in all parties and always be able to vote, however, you can only submit one ballot.

This MONDAY, JUNE 3RD is the deadline to change your voter affiliation for the June 25th Election.

We need every member of our community to vote, make our voice heard, and stand up against the rising antisemitism.

Save Up to 50% on Your Energy Bill

Energy Outreach Colorado

The Income-Qualified Community Solar Program offers access to community solar gardens across Colorado. A community solar garden is a large collection of solar panels that can benefit multiple households, businesses, or organizations.

The free subscription applies credits to your electric bill each month, saving you up to 50% off your energy bill. Because the solar panels are located elsewhere, no equipment is installed where you live. That means you can rent or own any type of housing (apartment, condo/house, mobile home) and still save with solar!

Eligibility:

  • Your electric utility provider is Xcel Energy or Black Hills Energy
  • Your household is income-qualified or you qualify for LEAP
  • If you think you qualify but aren’t sure, please contact the Solar Team.
