Leprechaun Leap for Literacy!

Take the Leap at Walnut Beach! Join the brave, warm-hearted souls who will Leap for Literacy! Leapers from around the area are invited to run, jump or dive into the icy waters at Walnut Beach to help raise money to support Literacy Volunteers of Southern Connecticut.

Registration Fee: $20 for adults and $10 for students, includes a T-shirt for each Leaper. Walk-ins are welcome, but we can't guarantee a T-shirt.

This event is open to students, staff, faculty, and families as we celebrate the accomplishments of our student veterans and thank those who go above and beyond to support these student veterans. This year's ceremony will honor and present four deserving individuals with an award for Outstanding Dedication and Commitment to the Student Veteran and Military Community at the University of New Haven as well as celebrate the accomplishments of our student veterans. In addition to our Salute to Service Awards we will also be inducting students into the SALUTE National Honor Society and we are honored to welcome Commissioner Ronald P. Welch as our guest speaker this year.

An eco-friendly, drive up fundraiser that will help you with Spring cleaning! Save it. Bag it. Bring it. Help us get the word out to meet our goal of $1,000 for this year's Make Music Day. When the big day comes, simply roll up to the municipal lot behind our offices (between Center & Main streets) and drop off your boxes and bags.
We'll be there loading up trucks and happy for volunteer help!

The goal of this breakfast is to educate landlords on the resources available when partnering with Beth-El Center and to assist us in investing $5000 to strengthening partnerships with landlords. The program will include story sharing on successful placements, learning the programs of Rapid Rehousing, Rapid Exit and Diversion services and collectively generating an action plan to best use a recent award to support landlords we partner with!

Electronics will be transported to a specialized facility for safe destruction on the same day.
All proceeds from this fundraiser will go back into our community.
Convenience:
Enjoy our convenient drive-thru service. Just pop your trunk, and we'll handle the rest. If you'd like, you can even reclaim your containers afterward.

$5 for a bag of paper.
$10 for a bankers box.
$20 per electronic item (we'll accommodate bulk quantities of small items).

Rotary Club of West Haven

The Rotary Club Foundation, Inc. 501(c)3 and The Rotary Club of West Haven are bringing back the Annual Benefit Auction which will be held on Saturday, April 27th at Cielo Ballroom. This is our Club’s major fundraiser and we count on our Rotarians, friends and members of the greater West Haven community to participate in this fun and festive event that supports programs like: Dictionaries for every third grader in West Haven, High School Students of the Month, Blind Veterans Luncheon, UN Day, Career Shadowing Day, Rotary Youth Leadership Conference, Amber Alert Project, ‘Operation Warm’ coat donations to WH grammar schools, Scholar-Athlete Awards, West Haven Adult Ed Scholarship, Rotaract (UNH) and Interact (Notre Dame & West Haven ) High School and Bailey Middle School Clubs.

A fundraiser for Epilepsy and SUDEP Awareness honoring Heather Lindsey's Memory
