The Holiday Inn Temple-Belton will be providing 6 foot tables.

Electrical outlets are limited, so please let us know ahead of time if you are requesting electricity.

Setup begins (as early as) 9am and breakdown begins at 6pm, but if we still have traffic please feel free to stay.
