KNEWSLETTER - Vol. 71

Ahoy Marianne!

Well - our first Knewsletter of the new year and our slogan "Drama Free in 23" has been taken off the table... or should we say it was washed off the table in a flood of rain and flushed out the window amidst a gusty hail-laden downpour.

Ah but the sun is out NOW and it feels soooo gooood! We hope you're enjoying it as much as we are. Nothing like a few weeks of solid rain to get you to appreciate clear skies and dry docks.

So before the end of January - which seems to be the end of Happy New Year wishing appropriateness - we would like wish you a VERY HAPPY, SAFE, AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR!

WELCOME NAOS!

Please join us in welcoming NAOS YACHTS to our Maritime Centre facility family!

Don't miss their open house on February 11th!

TIME TO REPOWER?

At some point in your boat's

life, you may want to consider a

repower. When it's time, we encourage you to consider doing so with KKMI and Yanmar.

Installing a new, technologically advanced Yanmar engine will instantly breathe new life into your boat. You will benefit from improved acceleration, power, and responsiveness. You will also lower your running costs with less maintenance and enhanced fuel efficiency. The result will reduce your environmental impact and give you an overall smoother, quieter, and more pleasurable boating experience.

KNEWSLETTER CHALLENGE

CHALLENGE:

Ketch or yawl, Y'all?

They both have two masts, the mainmast and the mizzen - the mainmast is the bigger of the two and forward of the mizzen. The mizzen is either before or after the rudder - but which boat is which? And for bonus points how do you remember which is which?

Simply reply to this email (no need to change the title). Include a photo. Please tell us a little about what's happening in the photo. You will be added to all entries and the winner will be selected by our staff here at KKMI! Good luck!

One lucky winner will be chosen from all entries and will be announced in our next Knewsletter.

Winner will receive a stylish KKMI hat!
