Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market

Visit the Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market the second Saturday of each month to participate in the FREE, seasonal, live cooking demonstration for children ages 2 to 13!

June 8th we'll be cooking up Banana Pudding in a Bag, in celebration of National Dairy Month from 8:30am - 12pm (while supplies last)! Visit the Market June 8th to create and enjoy, PLUS learn about "The People in your Neighborhood"!

Find the Market every Saturday, rain or shine, May through October, 7:30am to 12pm at 318 S. West Street (Culpeper Baptist Church parking lot)

Shop the Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market June 29th, and support your local growers, finding beautiful potted plants, floral bouquets and more! Plus, kids can visit the green Farmers Market Information Tent to create their very own flower!

 3rd Thursday Summer Concert

Introducing the 3rd Thursday Summer Concert Series like you’ve never seen it before! With bands covering genres from country to yacht rock and alternative bluegrass/rock to ‘80s hair metal, you’ll hear the best live music in Culpeper Downtown this season. Brought to you by Culpeper Renaissance, Inc. (CRI), the 3rd Thursday Summer Concert Series serves as an annual fundraiser for the nonprofit Main Street program, with funds reinvested into the community through Downtown events, décor, murals, small business grants and so much more. In its 21st year, the 3rd Thursday Summer Concert Series features not only live music, but also the Kid Central kid’s corner, cold adult refreshments, tasty food trucks and must-see sponsors. 

Thursday, June 20th, the One and Only Culpeper Downtown 3rd Thursday Summer Concert Series continues with America's #1 tribute to Yacht Rock, Three Sheets to the Wind! Taking place in Culpeper downtown's Depot District (111 S. Commerce St.) from 5pm - 9pm, we dare you not to get out of your seat and dance the night away to all the smooth rock hits you know and love! With exciting saxophone solos and energizing performances, Three Sheets to the Wind will deliver a 3rd Thursday Summer Concert you won't want to miss!   

Event tickets are $10 or $30 for a season pass.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at local outlets, Wysteria Boutique located at 233 East Davis Street, Suite 200, Oak View National Bank-Culpeper located at 450 James Madison Hwy, and the Museum of Culpeper History located at 113 S. Commerce Street. Tickets are also available at the entry gates and are required for those 21 and up!

Bring your lawn chairs, but please no pets or coolers. Mingle with friends and neighbors and be sure to enjoy delicious treats or even dinner from food trucks, Mi Ranchito Mexican, Bowles Southern Fried Soul Food, Juju's Indian Cuisine, Law Dawgs Hotdogs, Kona Ice, with Moo Thru Mobile in May and June and Frosty Softy in attendance July and August. Plus, enjoy adult beverages for purchase, including beer, cider and wine.

Get the kids out of the house and let them burn off some energy while enjoying the Kid Central kid’s corner! With complimentary face painting by Sandy’s, bouncing balls, hula hoops and more, these concerts are fun for all ages. Better yet, under 21, get in free!

Give Local Piedmont sponsored by Northern Piedmont Community Foundation is an annual online giving event that brings together local non-profit organizations to raise funds and create awareness for their respective causes. CRI's goal this year was to raise $2,000 to support ongoing downtown initiatives, including small business development, historic preservation, beautification projects, and community events.

Culpeper Renaissance Inc. (CRI) would like to give a big THANK YOU to business owners and community members that showed their support for CRI's downtown revitalization efforts through generous donations. And THANK YOU to Wine & Design Culpeper and Chili's for your partnership in donating a percentage of proceeds from event nights to benefit CRI for Give Local Piedmont. Together, we are making a difference and ensuring a vibrant future for Culpeper.
