Thank you to Diana Lady for her service on the Board for the past two years and to all the candidates on the ballot. The new Board member will begin their terms on October 27 at the Annual Meeting during the Kansas 2023 Breastfeeding Conference.

There is a new “Mothers Room” in the south concourse of the K-State Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Thank you to K-State Athletics for working with the KBC to design a state-of-the-art room for nursing parents who are also football fans. Pics below!


KBC Staff Updates– The KBC is pleased to share we now have three full-time staff members: Brenda Bandy, Executive Director; Amy Trollinger, Communications Coordinator; and Micah Fort, Operations Coordinator. In addition, contractor Vanessa Flood is the KBC Education Director.

The Local Coalition Section meets on the second Thursday of odd months from 12-1 p.m.


Public Health Section

The Public Health section meets on the 3rd Thursday of even months from 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
