Finding joy is engaging in life. Joy is all around us from the smallest of encounters to the biggest of wins. While July is typically a kick-back month inspired by the lazy days of summer, July 2021 is all that and MORE. It is your chance to embrace change not simply to grow and expand, but to lean into and actively experience what brings you daily joy and fulfillment.

When was the last time you mindfully brought joy into your day?

Essentially, when was the last time you lead with what makes you smile, with what elevates your soul, and with what aligns most with today’s version of you?

If you cannot remember, then start right now to create a habit of joy. If this has been a work-in-progress, then dig deeper to not only discover the gemstones in each day, but to curate and craft them as your own. Joy is an inside job with an external ripple effect. This summer, blow the dust off your wishes and enable real joy in your life.

Cheers to creating a joy habit this month!
