Revival Isn't Coming...Revival Is Here!

God is moving mightily through the ministry of FCA in West Georgia. Our team has prayed for revival to break out in our area, and that God would use coaches and athletes to be a catalyst for this revival. And it's happening! In the six weeks since the launch of the new school year, we have seen God move with 34 salvations & 32 baptisms at our campuses and with our teams! PRAISE THE LORD! Here's what we have seen God do over the past few weeks: 

Salvations (34)

• Alexander High School Football/Softball - 9 salvations while attending Chapelhill Church for FCA Day
• Chestnut Log Middle School - 5 salvations at campus huddle
• Fairplay Middle School - 4 salvations at campus huddle 
• Heard County High School Wrestling - 2 salvations
• Temple Middle School - 4 salvations at campus huddle
• Villa Rica High School - 10 salvations at campus huddle

Baptisms (32)

• Heard County High School - 21 baptisms
• Villa Rica High School Cheerleading - 3 baptisms
• Villa Rica High School Softball - 8 baptisms

Summer Camps Recap

Camps are an integral part of the mission and vision of FCA, and we had an incredible summer full of ministry. Here's some highlights from our 2022 summer camps season: 

• 559 decisions for Christ were made during camps we hosted!
• 6 camps (Power Camp, Leadership Camp, Coaches & Family Camp, Softball/Volleyball Camp, Football Camp 1, Football Camp 2)
• 3,300 total campers served 
• 400 coaches and athletes from our West Metro FCA area participated in FCA summer camps (up from 225 in 2021), including 17 teams, 8 coaches & families, and 14 student leaders
• S.A.L.T. (Student-Athlete Leadership Training) student leaders served as Huddle Leaders for our Power Camp for elementary students
