The monthly American Meat Science Association (AMSA) webinar on June 11 is a collaboration of experts focused on Stunning Protocols for Small Facilities.


Understand the significance of proper stunning techniques and their implications with insights from HHI's very own Kurt Vogel, PhD. Navigate the regulatory landscape of stunning practices with Dawn Sprouls, DVM, of the Southwest Meat Association, and gain valuable knowledge on equipment options, care and handling from Chuck Bildstein of Bunzl Processor Division. Plus, learn about newly published stunning guidelines on the Meat Institute website by Miriam Martin, PhD.
