HOW IT WORKS
1. SIGN UP FOR A YETI
Participating businesses and organizations will be provided with a 7 foot tall Yeti printed on corrugated plastic to display inside their location. SIGN UP TODAY to secure your Yeti!
2. DECORATE
Add elements to your Yeti to give it personality, to make it stand out, and/or promote your business. Have fun!
3. DISPLAY
Set your Yeti up at your location (during the event time frame) where people can enter, find it, take pictures, and post them to social media using the QR code on the Yeti display.
4. WELCOME PEOPLE!
For two weeks, in late January and early February 2022, people in the community will go on a “Yeti Quest”. The Chamber will advertise and market the various Yeti locations, encouraging people to visit.
5. PRIZES
Visitors will be entered to win daily prizes by taking photos and posting images of the Yeti to the Chamber’s specified social media site. During the two-week event, the Chamber will raffle off daily prizes of a Yeti travel mug and Yeti plush toy. Anyone who posts will also be entered to win the Grand Prize of a Cruise Vacation, donated by Cruise Travel Outlet!
Feel free to get creative and have your own raffle to collect customer information!
6. WRAP UP
At the end of the Yeti Quest, the Chamber will hold a private event (The Blizzard Bash) for participating businesses. The following day, ALL Yetis will be displayed at an outdoor community event (weather permitting).
