LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is a science based facilitated process, and the results and impact are directly tied to the quality of the facilitation. The science and art of facilitating the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology are embedded in the theoretical foundations of the methodology, and it is a carefully designed “process” which builds on a number of learning and psychological theories. The facilitator training program incorporates the accumulated experiential learning of facilitators actively engaged in designing and facilitating workshops, some for over 20 years. The facilitator community continually learns from doing. This active community of certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY professionals meets annually, and share and exchange process breakthroughs as they emerge.
