MAKE A PLAN FOR SUCCESSFUL NUTRIENT INTAKE
Set yourself up for success by being prepared to make good choices. A few ways you can prepare for success include stocking up on nourishing foods, teaming up with an accountability partner, and dedicating time to weekly meal planning.

Simplify your routine with a "cook once, eat twice" approach; creating meals that can be made in bulk and portioned out across dinners and lunches. Aim to "eat the rainbow" by adding a number of different types of fruits and vegetables to your meals. Also commit to trying one new fruit or vegetable each week until you've discovered new healthy foods you love.
GET THE MOST OUT OF EXERCISE BY EATING HEALTHY
Exercise is central to living a healthy lifestyle. Moving for 10-20 minutes a day could have excellent benefits for your health. Consider amping up your exercise routine with pre and post nutritional meal ideas.

For instance, have a small "pre-workout" meal with protein and good carbohydrates to fuel your exercise. Followed by a good sized meal after your workout to help replenish your body and improve recovery. These simple tweaks can amplify your results and enhance your overall well-being.
DON'T DEPRIVE YOURSELF, YOU CAN ENJOY "BAD" FOODS SPARINGLY
No diet or lifestyle is all or nothing. As you continue to make improvements to your health don't try to transform everything about the way you eat all at once. Instead, be intentional with incremental changes and self compassion.

Work in a cheat meal each week or, if you're craving something in particular, allow yourself to indulge. Because embracing moderation and relishing your favorite foods in sensible portions can be delightful parts of your healthy lifestyle journey.
