Talent Acquisition Ambassador Program | |
|
Our Talent Acquisition team works tirelessly to find the best talent for CPP, but can't possibly be everywhere at once. That's why we're thrilled to highlight one of our standout partners of Talent Acquisition: Reggie Robles, Associate Director, Male Success Initiatives.
Reggie proudly represented CPP at the recent NASPA (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators) conference in Seattle, Washington, where he presented to several knowledge communities and sub groups throughout the conference. At the end of each presentation, he actively promoted 2 hard to fill recruitments in the Division of Student Affairs and showcased our university as an exciting place to work and grow professionally.
His efforts resulted in driving in new and competitive candidates over to our open recruitments. In today's competitive talent market, his partnership in our talent acquisition efforts was critical to attracting top-tier talent to come and work at CPP.
We thank Reggie for not only elevating CPP's presence nationally but also for his integral role in our Talent Acquisition Ambassador Program with Talent Acquisition. Reggie, your commitment to our university's mission is truly commendable, and we're grateful for your partnership!
