THE COUNTDOWN TO IMTS 2022 BEGINS

It's September 2022. This means IMTS 2022, the largest and oldest industry trade show in the Western Hemisphere, starts in just over 10 days. Mate Precision Technologies will have the complete line of our amazing 52/96 workholding system on display:

  • DynoGrip™ Vises
  • DynoLock™ Bases
  • DynoMount™ Mounts
  • DynoMount™ Accessories

Mate always looks forward to meeting fellow metalheads and discussing ways to make machining operations more efficient. At IMTS, we're located in the West Building, Level 3 in Booth 432146. Please be sure to add us to your IMTS 2022 Show Planner.

About the Mate Workholding System

The Mate 52/96 zero point workholding system maximizes holding power in a compact, quick-change modular design that reduces setup time and process variability. It is ideal for 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers.

Mate DynoGrip™ self-centering vises* are engineered to shorten setup time and reduce process variability. Offering maximum holding power with minimal part lift, DynoGrip vises provide best-in-class accuracy of vise clamping on center and repeatability of vise return to center. The quick-change jaws are reversible and interchangeable without tools.

Mate’s DynoLock™ quick change base system* mounts to the machine bed, tombstone, pyramid, riser or dual right angle. Offering best-in-class accuracy and repeatability, DynoLock maintains a superior holding force with the top tool. Whether you change the same vise repeatedly or exchange it for a different one, DynoLock securely holds your vise.

Mate DynoMount™ mounts are available as tombstones, pyramids, dual right angles and risers.

ABOUT MATE WORKHOLDING

Positive customer reactions to Mate's workholding system continue to pour in. The latest is from Perry Kuehn of K Tooling:

“I really like that Mate workholding is made completely from tool steel because it makes it very durable. The design of the jaw interface with the body is great at eliminating jaw lift. The quick change base design was well thought out, even down to the spring detent releases. And adopting the standard 52/96 mounting pattern makes it easy for me to use other vises if necessary. On top of all of this, Mate workholding is made in the USA.” – Perry Kuehn, K Tooling

K Tooling has its own YouTube channel. Here are a couple of videos that show Mate workholding at work in their machines:
