The Curious Case of the Mysterious Disappearing Chinese Executive
China is in the midst of attempting to clean-up their corporate corruption.
Evidently, activities at some of the top companies and banks are darker, more sinister, and smell worse than their horrible pollution.
We have been reporting at ComplianceX about the mysterious disappearance of a large number of Chinese executives. Three weeks ago
Guotai Securities announced that it has "lost" its boss. How does one lose a boss is the big question. Two investment bankers at Citic Securities, the largest brokerage firm in China, also disappeared. There have been missing executives from Guotai Junan International, China Minsheng Bank, China Aircraft, and Hanergy among other organizations.
Today's MIA is "China's Warren Buffett". The billionaire Guo Guangchang's disappearance is leading to speculation of either being taken away by police for arrest or questioning. Guangchang owns properties such as Club Med resorts, a stake in Cirque Du Soleil, and various holding in insurance and property.

Not Being Content to Wage War Against Every Country in the Middle East, the US is now Fighting FIFA
Ms. Lynch led the Department of Justice's investigation into football's (soccer to us here in the US) governing body and subsequent indictment and arrests of over 16 FIFA officials.
In light of this achievement, the American women's sport website ESPNW (which I never knew existed) dubbed her the "FIFA Slayer" and awarded her the honor of being one of the 25 women top athletes and influences. ESPNW also asked Marvel comics to create the Lynch character to join the pantheon of other superheroes (they really did).

$6 Billion Fine for Market Manipulation and does Anyone Care?
It is a sad commentary on our collective acceptance of reckless law-breaking bankster activities.
The alleged manipulation has cost the banks $10 billion so far. It would be an unprecedented event for this many banks to plead guilty together.
How was this alarming news greeted by the public? Were people all up in arms? No, it was met with a silence, a collective mass resignation that this is the new business as usual.

Does Hillary Clinton hate Wall Street more than Terrorists?*
*Of course she doesn't, we just wanted to entice you to read the article.
It is turning out to be very difficult for all the Presidential candidates to formulate a comprehensive plan to defeat ISIS, ISIL, Daech, scarier al-Qaeda, or whatever we now call the terrorist organization.
President Obama didn't exactly spark a rallying cry from the American public in his Sunday night snooze-fest of a speech, nor does "bombing the hell out them until the sand glows" as Republican candidate Ted Cruz suggests count as a long-term winning game plan.

You Will Not Believe How Much Corruption, Crime, Wrongdoing, and Shenanigans we Uncovered This Weekend
I was very busy this weekend trying to keep up with the deluge of news concerning international crimes, corruption, wrongdoing, and overall shenanigans.
Let me give you a quick rundown on what we have in today's Complaincex newsletter and blog.
Are you ready? Here goes...
US authorities are finding more embarrassing ways to arrest FIFA executives. According to CNN, the General Secretary of Guatemala's soccer federation was unceremoniously escorted off a cruise ship at 6:00 am in the morning (how rude that he couldn't get a little extra sleep) to face criminal bribery charges. The FIFA executive, Hector Trujilo, is one of 16 current and former FIFA executives currently charged by Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
