We need your input
As part of the ongoing efforts to develop the Bell District and strengthen community connections, Cedar Park is exploring the feasibility of developing an Arts Collective project, situated south of the Bell District at 201 Buttercup Creek Blvd — and we need your input!
The Arts Collective would offer a welcoming place for the community to gather, connect and experience the many kinds of visual, multimedia and performing arts. Designed as a multipurpose, multi-generational space, the Arts Collective tentatively includes a 300-500 seat theater, three flexible art classrooms, a gallery, rentable multi-purpose room and a number of informal gathering areas, both indoors and outdoors. Equally prioritizing green space and inviting, interesting architecture, the Art Park will be designed to seamlessly integrate with and connect to Bell Park.
The project is in its very early stages, and we are seeking community input to inform the design, future programming and operational model of the space. Your input is crucial in shaping this exciting endeavor, for the City will decide on the project's future based on community engagement, support and findings from this Arts Park Design & Feasibility Study.
Watch for a survey to come the week of February 12.
Join us at one of the Art Collective Open Houses at City Hall, Building 3, 450 Cypress Creek Road

The City of Cedar Park remains in Stage 3 Water Conservation Measures
Will not be impacted by BCRUA Underwater Pipeline Replacement Project
The City of Cedar Park will remain in the current Stage 3, one-day per week outdoor watering restrictions while the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA) contractors replace 1,400 feet of underwater pipeline.
The BCRUA is a secondary source of water and the City’s water plant has the capacity to continue to provide a secure and safe water supply to our customers throughout the estimated replacement project timeframe. The City remains in Stage 3 water restrictions due to the ongoing drought conditions.
