The "My Chino" app continues to serve as a powerful tool for residents to directly report non-emergency issues such as potholes, graffiti, and damaged street signs. This innovative application simplifies the process of keeping our community safe and beautiful, enabling users to quickly snap a photo of a problem and submit it for swift resolution. It's an easy way for everyone in the community to take part in maintaining our City's charm and safety.


Available on both iPhone and Android platforms, "My Chino" ensures that all residents have the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our city. Let's continue to work together to make our city a great place to live, one report at a time.

EASTER BUNNY EXTRAVAGANZA

Date: March 30, 2024

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Location: Chino Youth Museum, 13191 Sixth Street


The Easter Bunny Extravaganza will feature a basketful of family-friendly activities, including a Scavenger Passport Hunt, Easter Craft Activities, Interactive Exhibit Play, and more.


Pre-registration is required to participate. Admission is $20 per child, and adults can join the festivities for free with the purchase of a child’s admission.

HEALTHY FAMILY DAY

Join us as we celebrate health, wellness, and nutrition at the annual Healthy Family Day, now joining paws with the previously weather-postponed Bark Around the Park!


Healthy Family Day will feature a variety of activities for every member of your family – including the four-legged ones. This unique combination of events ensures a day packed with fitness demonstrations, family fun competitions, activities for kids, a superhero meet and greet, and special events specifically designed for your pets.

RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP

Date: April 13, 2024

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Location: 13793 Redwood St.


The City of Chino, in partnership with Waste Management, is providing a FREE Residential Community Clean-Up for City of Chino residents on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at 13793 Redwood St. Dispose of unwanted tires (maximum of 9 tires per household), appliances, electronics, green waste, concrete, brick, dirt, scrap metal and much more.


Vehicles are limited to cars, pick-up trucks, station wagons, vans, and SUVs.


No hazardous waste, sharps (needles and syringes), business/commercial waste, and company vehicles will be accepted.


Residents with trailers and or enclosed storage trucks will be directed to the transfer station with a voucher for free disposal that can be picked up at the clean-up event.


Special Instructions:

  • Participants are required to:
  • Bring proof of Chino residency (CA ID & Utility Bill).
  • Come prepared to unload your own items.

CORN FEED RUN CAR SHOW & CRUISE

Date: April 27, 2024

Location: Chino City Hall, 13220 Central Avenue


This event welcomes enthusiasts with Pre 1976 cars, all motorcycles, and working show trucks to register and showcase their prized vehicles. With an early registration deadline and the option for late registration, both online and on the day of the event, participants have flexible ways to join. Be part of a gathering that not only celebrates automotive beauty and engineering but also supports charitable endeavors. CHINO BIKE DAY

Date: May 11, 2024

Time: 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Location: Ruben S. Ayala Park, 5575 Edison Avenue


All Chino residents are invited on a morning bike ride around Ayala Park! There will be a 15-mile Community Bike Ride beginning at 7:45 a.m. All participants must wear a helmet when participating in the Community Bike Ride. The 4-mile Family Bike Ride will begin at 9:30 a.m. Other FREE event activities include a bike obstacle course, bike repair station, refreshments, and kids' activities and crafts.

PIONEER PICNIC

Chino Valley Historical Society & City of Chino invite you to celebrate Chino's Pioneer Heritage at the 99th Annual Pioneer Picnic on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at the Chino Community Building, 5443 B Street in Chino.


This is a potluck style event, please bring your favorite entree, side dish, or dessert to share, along with your own plates and utensils.
