May 2021 Edition

Speaking of owing, check out the commercial lines article below. With commercial insurance rates on the rise, many people are looking into Captives to mitigate their risks. After reading and digesting this information, give me a call, and we can discuss how we can help you or your clients stay protected without breaking the bank.

If you know any singers or songwriters, have them look at this month's Claim Highlight below. Bet many of you did not know captives cover things like these? Call me, and I can tell you even more ways we cover entertainers.

If you have any questions about implementing a Captive, call me directly or visit our Captive 101 section online by Clicking Here.

The report notes that the commercial insurance markets are experiencing rate increases, capacity reductions and tighter underwriter scrutiny as the market reacts to COVID-19-related losses, social inflation, above-average catastrophe losses and secular downward pressure on investment returns.
