The Calvary Connection
November 2021
Home for the Holidays is Back!
For nearly two years we have enjoyed engaging with donors, volunteers, and partners virtually. We are grateful for the ways in which our community has stayed connected with us through a difficult time.

But now, we can't wait to see you in-person. We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting Home for the Holidays on December 7 in-person at Radici!

We could not be more excited to gather together with our Calvary community to celebrate the holidays, enjoy hors d’oeuvres, wine, and beer on the heated outdoor patio, and share more about how your investment is helping us grow!

To purchase tickets and learn more, click here. We only have a limited number of tickets available, so don't miss out on this opportunity!
In order to keep the women we serve, staff, and our guests safe, we are requiring all guests to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
National Case Management Week
At Calvary, we have the most dedicated and passionate Case Managers around and last month, we celebrated National Case Management Week.

Throughout the week we highlighted some of our incredible Case Managers and shared their thoughts on why they do this important, life-saving work.

Emily Miller said, "My job is my passion. I assist women who need a chance to gain or regain their voice and to know their voice matters. Calvary is the gateway to success."
You can check out what other Case Managers had to say here. We hope you will join us in continuing to celebrate their work and successes.
Impact Moment
With your help, our community and the women we serve have remained resilient and strong.
Your support has kept women safe and cared for, but it has also allowed Calvary to create the space for women to continue the critical work needed to rebuild their lives.

Together we have proven that no matter what, we can transform lives.

Thank you for making sure women will always have a place to overcome obstacles and end their homelessness for good.
Purple Thursday
Calvary's staff participated in Purple Thursday during Domestic Violence Awareness Month by wearing purple and doing the important work they do every single day to support women who need it most.

Calvary's new housing program, Sisters Rise, will allow us to help even more women who have experienced domestic violence. Sisters Rise will provide 25 additional permanent supportive housing units for women fleeing domestic violence.
During a time filled with so many questions and concerns, Calvary will be able to provide stability, certainty, and safety to more women than ever before. Including Sisters Rise, we will now serve at least 250 women a year. We are grateful to be a critical resource to our community.
