Round 1: Boxing Conditioning


A one hour; 1-on-1 boxing conditioning course which includes a warm-up session, bag drills, and 30 minutes working on the mitts. It's a tough workout utilizing punches, kicks, stance drills and more!




$50 per session

Round 2; Boxercise



A rigorous 40-minute workout for cardio and strength improvement including jumping rope, push-ups, planks, bag drills, and (6) 2-minute rounds of shadow boxing to music. Designed for 3 to 4 people.


$25 per session

Round 3; Just Mitts



1-on-1 for those who have their own workout routine and just want to throw punches at the mitts. 30-minutes; (10) 2-minute rounds with 1- minute breaks




$25 per session
