Student Spotlight

Katelyn Kramer is a freshmen at NDSU studying Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering. She is from Mosinee, WI.

Katelyn went to the March for Life recently. Here's what she wanted to share with you:

"Attending March for Life with the University of Mary was such a beautiful, humbling, and rewarding experience. I had the opportunity to visit many different historical sites in DC, and I met so many new people along the way, even getting the chance to see some friends from back home in Wisconsin. My personal favorite was the march itself and all of the beautiful churches we visited along our journey. It was amazing to see so many people from all walks of life come together to fight for the sanctity of life. The cold, wet conditions did nothing to dampen the resolve of those marching for life, and with a fire burning in our hearts, we marched so that all of God's children may be given the chance to live. We marched to let our legislation know that the overturning of Roe v Wade, while a step in the right direction, isn't enough, and we will continue to march until abortion is made illegal and the mere thought of it is made unbearable. The Lord could be felt moving among us throughout the trip and it is an experience that I will undoubtedly carry with me for the rest of my life."
