The Benefits of Exercise

As we gear up for the New Year, it's the perfect time to revisit a fundamental aspect of our well-being: exercise. Ever wondered how much exercise we need per week?

Here's a friendly reminder from some reputable sources:

  • CDC - Center for Disease Control
  • AMA - American Medical Association
  • AHA - American Heart Association
  • Mayo Clinic
  • Prevention Magazine
  • WHO - World Health Organization

Let’s review some of the suggestions from a newsletter from DayBreak last year: 5/3/23 - Exercise for Older Adults and their Caregivers
