I don’t know about you, but I am ready for spring and some warmer weather! As you may have noticed at Mass last weekend, I picked up a sinus infection that has impaired my voice. I heard from various people that the infection can last 2 to 3 weeks! I hope the sunshine and warmer days are here to stay!

Book Club

Our April Book Club book is titled: The Heaven & Earth Grocery Store by James McBride. We will meet *Thursday, April 25 at 7pm in the Conference Room. [*Beginning in April, Book Club will meet on the 4th Thursday of each month.] All are welcome.

Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon

All St. Mary Parishioners, who have volunteered their time, talent, and treasure at St. Mary and their family are cordially invited to attend this special luncheon on Sunday, May 5. We ask you to complete the RSVP form by clicking on the sunflower or HERE by Monday, April 29.

We look forward to gathering with you on May 5 in the Parish Hall. Doors open at 11:30 am.

First Friday Forum of Lorain County

On May 3, Fr. Eric Garris will speak about Recruiting Candidates for the Priesthood for the Future. Come…join us for good food fellowship and a great speaker. Lunch begins at 11:30am at the Spitzer Conference Center of Lorain County Community College, 1005 N. Abbe Rd., Elyria. Reservations need to be received by 6pm - Mon., Apr. 29. Honoring our Military

We are making a new list of those who are currently serving in the military and would like to remember them on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27 at the 9am Mass. If you would like to have a family member’s name included on the prayer list to be displayed outside the Weigand Room, please call the Parish Office, 323-5539 with their name & branch of service by Monday, May 20.

50TH JUBILEE WEDDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Join the celebration scheduled for Sunday, June 9 with a Mass celebrated by Bishop Malesic at 2:00pm. There are no tickets for the event. If you are a jubilarian, you can ask Fr. Charlie to help you recognize this special day.
