Your June Update:

Rainey Opens @ Pivot,

New Piano & Support a Rainey Kid!

Rainey officially opens at the Pivot Center!

This month, Rainey held our first programming in Rainey's new location at the Pivot Center. Our Musical Motion Picture Camp gave campers the opportunity to learn about and practice song writing, stunting, screen printing & merch design, marionetting, YouTubing, musical composition, screen acting, and dance performance, and culminated with a camp finale for friends and family! In June, we also celebrated the grand opening of Rainey at the Pivot Center with a dedicated group of supporters and community members. We are so excited to officially be a part of the Clark-Fulton community and provide outstanding and accessible arts education programs to more families in Cleveland. Thanks to all who made this possible!

Thank you to the Davis family!

Rainey is grateful to the family of the late Bruce Davis, a musician who was passionate about providing music education to underserved groups, for the donation of Mr. Davis's piano. The piano is already making a difference in its new home at the Pivot Center, ensuring that the arts change lives at Rainey! Welcome Susan, Shiva, Jonathan, Max, Nova, and Logan to the Rainey family!

Send a Rainey Kid on the trip of a lifetime!

Eliot has been a Rainey Kid in the STAGES program for two years where she absolutely thrives both on-stage as a performer, and off-stage. This year, she served as stage manager during our spring production of Bimwili and the Zimwi in addition to performing in the show. Eliot is raising money to attend an Educational First tour in Costa Rica next summer, and we want to spread the word so that she can attend the trip of a lifetime!

Support Eliot's Trip to Costa Rica!

Rainey Institute is where the arts change lives by enabling youth to imagine and create a future in which they are positive contributing citizens. Our mission is to develop positive growth for Greater Cleveland’s youth through education and engagement in visual and performing arts.
