Dear Staff,

We hope that you are enjoying your summer so far. The past month has been a very exciting one for our organization and the entire IDD community. In July, we celebrated the 33rd anniversary of the signing of the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) which provided monumental changes for the IDD community in our country. As a community, we celebrate this terrific milestone knowing that the work is far from over. 

Looking ahead, we have some exciting things in store. First, we would like to remind you that our DEI 2.0 training is now available on LITMOS. We also announced our upcoming DEI Collaboration Challenge as a part of our ongoing effort to foster and cultivate a workplace that creates DEI & belonging for all. More information on both of these items can be found below.

In this edition of Limelight you will get a sneak peak at our upcoming food trucks for the rest of the summer, learn about the newest products from Candleworks by ACLD, and receive other updates from the agency.
