Spring has Sprung at the Apple Core! We have beautiful Hanging Baskets, Coco Baskets and Patio Pots available just in time for Mother's Day! Grown with love, these high quality baskets come fully finished.

When will the farm be open for the 2023 Season?

The farm will be open on June 3 for the Ciders, Seltzers & Sours Festival, and June 24 for the Hudson Valley Food Truck Festival. Other than those two festival dates, the farm will be closed for the remainder of June, including the Dog Park, Playground, Tap Room and Petting Zoo.

Our regular season kicks off on July 29, ending November 4, during this time we will be open daily with festivals occurring most weekends. We will have live music at the Tap Room in the evenings on 6/3, 6/24, 7/29, and then weekends starting August 25. Please check the Events Calendar on our website and follow us on social media for updates!

We are excited to be working on rebuilding some of what was lost in the fire from last year, including a new beer garden, concession, bakery and beverage shack. Stay tuned for details!

The Dog park, Playground and Petting Zoo are only accessible during regular business hours when the farm is open. 

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to the farm, and appreciate the continued support.
