Message from the Dean

As we prepare to start the Fall 2024 semester at New Mexico State University, I am excited to share some of the steps we are taking to enhance the learning experience for our students. Our college is committed to meeting the evolving needs of both in-person and online education.

This summer, we have been advancing on the upgrade of our classrooms and laboratories for instruction with state-of-the-art technology to create an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and accessibility. These improvements include integrated audiovisual systems, new seating accommodations, and enhanced online learning platforms. Our goal is to ensure that every student, whether attending in person or virtually, has access to the best resources and support they need to succeed.

I am incredibly proud of the efforts of our department heads, faculty and staff in making these upgrades possible and grateful for the continued support from our NMSU community. Together, we are paving the way for a dynamic and inclusive educational experience. We look forward to an exciting and productive semester ahead.

David Jauregui, Ph.D.

Interim Dean
