She invested in an inexpensive tiny coffee grinder and began hand grinding her own steel cut oats. After countless attempts, Kimy created the perfect, baked-to-perfection, guilt-free treat now known as “The Doatnut” (pronounced Doh - Oat - Nut). The tiny grinder and the tiny home kitchen have grown into industrial milling machines, restaurant equipment and ultimately, her very own pink shop.
