What a wonderful evening our membership enjoyed this past Friday at "Styr". The action at Styr usually starts at around 5:30 with some early couples looking for a short stay and going home to rest from a hectic week of work or play. The second phase of the evening usually settles in anywhere from 6:45-8:00 to enjoy our drinks, hors d'oeuvres and each other while discussing the weeks work and upcoming weekend golf, tennis or cards. Everyone enjoys the music and dancing that is going on throughout the evening. It's always a pleasure to know that on any Friday evening members can always come to Styr, with others or by themselves, to enjoy an evening of Addison fun with Addison friends.

Lots of fun for everyone! Step aside golf with the men teeing off on the odd holes and the ladies on the even holes. We were all winners because the afternoon was so wonderful and the food, so good!

Our
Poolside "Espanade" will soon be closing, but we have certainly enjoyed it for the last 20 years. We are looking forward, with much anticipation, to our new Lifestyle Pool & Fitness Center that will soon be completed. Meanwhile we are still enjoying what we have!

A LITTLE CONSTRUCTION NEVER HURT ANYONE!

Saturday evening the Addison Reserve Clubhouse was closed to all members & guests due to a magnificent wedding being held there, given by Shelley & Golda Golub in honor of their granddaughter. Hence, those not invited had to find other sources for dinner. We chose The Farmer's Table, located in the Wyndham Hotel and owned by one of our own, Mitch Robbins. The food was not only delicious, but the ambiance was great, as was a combo that entertained the dinner guests who chose to dine poolside on a incredible evening.
The menu was made up of many choices, some of which were vegan and gluten free. Everything was prepared for a healthy lifestyle. We recommend it to everyone!

visiting their family. They visited Carmel Market in Tel Aviv as well as the beach. Pictured above are the 4 generations of Michaels. We happen to know a great realtor team who can find each generation a home here in Addison Reserve!

THE NEW: "BUZZ'S BIG BRAG BOX"
This magnificent wedding took place last Saturday evening at the Addison Reserve Country Club. I'm surprised more members don't take advantage of this fantastic setting for their mitzvos!

Ariel and Matthew met their senior year of college just 2 weeks before graduation through mutual friends, with Ariel starting graduate school in September and Matthew was beginning his career in Production in Manhattan. They kept in touch, both lived in Manhattan, and the rest was history.

Connor Ahlborg, a resident of Addison Reserve, won his first golf tournament of the season! His parents, Eric & Tonya are very proud of him, naturally! Like father, like son......Congrats!!!!! By the way, lets not forget Grandpa Mark, no slouch on the course himself. Those 3 will be going

As for our Addison Reserve estate update, we now have 44 homes on the market for sale. There are 37 homes with golf and 7 homes with sports memberships, of which 11 are estate homes and 33 are zero lot line homes. This week one house went into contract located at 7864 L'Aquila Way. This 3 bedroom, plus office, sports membership home, was totally redone from top to bottom and asking $695,000.
This week we also closed on 7276 Sarimento Place. This 5 bedroom, plus office, golf membership home, was asking $999,000. We want to congratulate Gerald & Vicki Dagen, our clients, on the purchase of their new home, we wish them well.
It is important to mention that there seems to be a trend lately that outside buyers are looking to join our family. This week in L'Aquila, and last week, we placed 3 homes into contract on Maddalena Place, Sarimento Way & Via Moteverde, all to outside residents first joining Addison Reserve. This is a great indication that our club is gaining popularity with outsiders possibly due to our new expansion, which everyone knows we will be better than ever, and thats really saying something. We can't wait for our new project to open!
